Amy Krigsman
Founder & CEO and Principal Grant Strategist
Amy Krigsman is the Founder & CEO and Principal Grant Strategist of ark nonprofit consulting where she works with nonprofit organizations to develop strategic grants programs and secure vital funding to fuel their missions. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. Amy is also an active volunteer. She currently sits on the Professional Education Committee with the Grant Professionals Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Grant Professionals Foundation, and serves on the Allocation Committee with the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Amy also recently completed GPA’s new leadership development program as part of the inaugural cohort.
Erin Davison-O’Gorman
Lead Grant Writer
Erin Davison-O’Gorman is a public health and nonprofit strategy professional with more than eight years of experience helping mission-driven organizations secure funding, strengthen community partnerships, and develop sustainable programs that advance health equity and community well-being. Erin specializes in grant writing and funding strategy, community needs assessments, strategic planning, program development, and cross-sector collaboration. Erin holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, a Certificate in Global Public Health, and a Certificate in Grant Writing from Temple University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer supporting children involved in the foster care system in Philadelphia.
Talia Wujtewicz
Grant Writer
Talia brings nearly a decade of experience to grant writing, with a background that spans both nonprofit organizations and grantmaking foundations. That dual perspective informs every proposal she crafts, helping clients make a compelling case for support. She has worked across a range of issue areas, including food justice, education, law and policy, and indigenous guardianship. A member of the Grant Professionals Association, she is based in Massachusetts and works with partners to secure funding that advances meaningful work.
Stephanie Alman
Grant Writer
Stephanie Alman is a consultant and social impact leader with experience in grant strategy, program development, and organizational operations. Drawing on leadership experience across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and private sectors, she helps mission-driven organizations secure funding, strengthen programs, and advance their missions. Previously, Stephanie served as National Director of Career Services at Upwardly Global, where she oversaw a $7 million workforce development portfolio and partnered on government and private grants. Prior to Upwardly Global, she managed entrepreneurship programs at the Tory Burch Foundation, led global social impact initiatives at WeWork, and advised nonprofit organizations in Morocco, Greece, and Sri Lanka.
Colin Fleming-Stumpf

Colin Fleming-Stumpf, GPC, MPA is a nonprofit fundraising and grants professional with more than a decade of experience securing public and private funding for organizations across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, human services, workforce development, education, arts and culture, criminal justice, and food security. He has successfully developed and managed proposals to federal, state, local, corporate, and private funders and has served as a reviewer for multiple federal grant programs. Colin holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), is a Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential holder, and teaches graduate-level grant writing and management courses.
